When it comes to towing, the New Volkswagen Touareg can really pull its weight. Three and a half
tons of it, in fact. Couple that up with its ability to tackle 45° inclines and wade
through depths of up to half a metre, and you’ll see that it’s a very handy vehicle for
pulling boats in and out of the water.
Just don’t be deceived by all its hard-working 4x4 capabilities though. The Touareg
is also effortlessly luxurious on the inside with plenty of room for all your boating
equipment. (555 litres with the rear seats upright and 1,570 litres with them down,
to be precise.) While on the outside, you can’t help but admire its stylish new
chrome grille, striking lights and restyled spoiler and exhaust.
